Hurrah!

It’s THE New Year Rally to see 2011 in

 

                                   This New Years' meet will be at Swadelands School,                                            located in Lenham, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 2LL just off the A20.

 

The rally runs from Thursday December 30th until Sunday 2nd January (3 nights).

There is plenty of hard standing to camp on, with the option of some grass if anyone is brave enough!

 

We have use of the perfectly sized school hall for the professional (no offence Pete!) disco that we have planned for New Years Eve. There will be a buffet provided to keep you fuelled for the evening’s entertainment; you will need your own drinks however.

 

On New years day we will be doing a sit-down meal in the hall for everyone; menu to be decided nearer the time. Details will be added to our newsletter that is handed out on most meets.

This meet will be a pre-booked meet only and a £15 non-refundable deposit will be required by November 30th 2010. The price for the rally, including camping, disco, buffet and New Years' Day meal will be £40 per unit consisting of up to 2 adults. Extra adults £10 each. Members children under 16 go free! All other children (Grandchild/friend etc) over the age of 5 but under 16 years old will be charged a nominal fee of £5 per head. (under 5’s are free)

All extra non camping visitors of over 16 years old wishing to come to the New Years' Eve entertainment only, will be charged a nominal sum of £10 each per adult and £5 each per child over the age of 5 but under 16 (under 5’s go free).  You will need to purchase your ticket, again by the 30th November 2010 please. This is so that we know numbers in advance.

Booking forms can be obtained via writing to: Sarah Beaney, 11 Clements Close, Sittingbourne, Kent, cheques should be made out to Sarah Beaney. Alternatively, these are available from committee members on site.

You will be sent a receipt by return in the post which we request that you attach to your booking form and present this on the rally.
